Exciting New Moon casting news! (Of course, I’m not sure it tops the news that 16 year old Taylor Lautner is returning as Jacob!)
Even so, E! Online is reporting that powerful young actress Dakota Fanning is in talks to play the angelic (but oh so deadly) vampire, Jane.
I think Dakota’s innocent looks make her perfect for the role, to say nothing of the fact that this girl’s ridiculously talented. She’s only 14, but I can see her playing anything she’s given – and doing it better than most people twice her age.
