Dear Management:
I am writing to you on behalf of the Official James Dean Fan Club (James Dean Remembered). CMG Worldwide and Marcus Winslow whom are the official representatives for the estate of James Dean recognizes and gives our club full cooperation. Please let me introduce myself. My name is Sue Mohamed. I am Vice President of the James Dean Official Fan Club. One of my duties as VP is fundraising. The fan club is seeking donations from businesses for our raffles to help raise money. Our fan club is a non- profit organization. We rely solely on membership dues and donations to operate our fan club. We will be having our fan club booth set up at two events this year. One will be at our Fans Weekend to be held in July and the other is the world famous James Dean Festival to be held in September. Both events will be held in Fairmount, Indiana (James Dean hometown.) Our fan club will be passing out information and to sign up new members. We would appreciate your help in donating a special gift to us. By graciously donating an item to our fan club, we in return will show our appreciation by mentioning your business in our international fan club newsletter (The DeanZine) and encourage our members to make sure they patronize your online business. We would also pass out business cards/flyers, etc. advertising your business at these events mentioned above.
