The Nominees for the “2008 MTV Movie Awards” are below, with my personal picks in bold. It’s been such an AMAZING year for movies and performances that I had to tie quite a few times. As with any awards show, so many movies, actresses, actors were overlooked. Sweeney Todd, Ocean’s 13, Fractured, 3:18 to Yuma, and Live Free or Die Hard should have been considered for movie. Johnny Depp and George Clooney, Anthony Hopkins, Helena Bonham Carter (Sweeney Todd), Russell Crowe, Christian Bale, and Ryan Gosling all gave amazing performances.

Be sure to vote for your favorites. Then take your mom, wife, and/or girlfriend to dinner. With Mother’s Day coming up, she won’t be expecting an early “bonus” treat! Then? The best part… Take her to see Iron Man. GREAT MOVIE.
