I wanted Batman to have a happier ending. But, the second time I saw the movie, I realized that the ending was exactly how it needed to be. It stayed true to the movie and true to the characters. I can't wait for it to come out on dvd. The movie was definately a piece of work! And dark it is. What's strange to me is leaving the theatre not feeling good. No happy ending! Yet that's what made this movie what it is.
